I love my animals! 

Plants do not survive in my care, but I can't get enough of our fuzzy friends. That's one of the reasons I write animal focused-fiction.

 

I have two kitties named Lewis and Clark, and 3 Holland lop rabbits named Tilly, Chip, and Midnight. I grew up on a hobby farm with chickens, turkeys, sheep, goats, a horse, a llama, and many cats and dogs. It was a great time, and in the future I hope to have some of those critters again.

Other things I love

1. Peanut butter. Like a lot! Favorite Thing Ever!

2. My biggest dream as a teenager was to be an opera singer or Broadway star. While that didn't happen exactly, I'm having a blast performing in local community theater productions and indie films. So much fun!

3. My other favorite thing? Readers and the families that raise them. I hope you'll join with me as we discover awesome books and fantastic adventures together!

My Home Turf

I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my husband and two daughters. We love to travel and hike out in nature. And yes. I do chase waterfalls. We have a lot of them around here and they are always fun to find at the end of a long trail.
